From hospital corpsman and lab tech for the US Navy (1963-1968), George completed higher education at UCLA with a master's degree in hospital administrator (1973). From community hospitals in USA, he became an expat, moving to Saudi Arabia in 1980 and working at large governmental and military hospitals in a variety of start-up and administrative capacities. After a half-dozen years implementing information system technologies, George worked with large, 17,000 employees, healthcare organization in the United Arab Emirates overseeing hospital management contracts and serving as Strategy Development Manager.
