IsaÃas Quaresma Masetti has graduated in Naval Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1979); Master in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1984); and, PhD in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1997). He was admitted in 1980, by public tender and served as Technical Consultant in CENPES (Petrobras Research Center), being transferred in May 1, 2009, Transpetro.
