My role is to help organisations in the Pacific transform their health care. The rate of change for every organisation is forever increasing and therefore the use of effective leadership and strategic control enables organisations to survive and prosper. In designing new programmes, the need to work in partnership and in genuine and respectful relationship is the key to successful programmes.
