Irene has over 10 years of civic engagement experience in liaising and negotiating multilevel stakeholders reaching goals and agreements through research and knowledge-sharing. As a digital strategist and a community builder, one of her beliefs in the reduction of global gender gap is the holistic implementation of digital tools and resources. Her active community building at the University of San Carlos has earned her a study grant in the Netherlands and Belgium. The program involves collaborative learning activities with non-government institution and organization, highlights of this tour was the visit to the European Parliament in Brussels.
