Consider that a company growth, there are some hazard unexpectedly happened. What could go wrong? That is a question that should be answered in Operational Risk Management. In my job experience, by understanding and doing process of identification, measurement, monitoring and mitigation of risk, we can minimized the impact of hazard in operational field. Based on my experience, we used operational risk management system to identify the risk in work unit, calculate how big the inherent risk, monitoring high risk and make mitigation so that impact of hazard can be minimized.
