I am an Organizational & People Development specialist interested in design, workplace innovation and organizational wellbeing. I had work experience in a corporate academy and in different consultancy and training firms providing design and delivery of training programs, as well as communication projects. Nowadays I am a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School in Education and Communication Sciences, University of Milano-Bicocca. My research interests concern the crossroads between Design and Organizational Development, with a particular focus on design-oriented workplace innovations.
