- Monitoring alarms, events and faults in the radio access network and transmission access network throughout the Operations and Network Management software; - Fault analysis, troubleshooting and fault management for the alarms observed in the network systems; - Maintain the service delivery level within the agreed SLA’s - Manage Trouble Ticketing upon alarm detection, events and keep record of all activities - Identify and solve defined or undefined problems using different procedures, techniques or methods; - Coordinate, offer assistance and work together with other teams such as: 2nd level, sub-contractors/partners/customers for clearing hardware faults; - Escalate the faults to th...
