As a training center director I am in charge of supervising other training team members. I provide both formal and informal feedback to employees.I do this through programs and tests I have developed to be used for employee appraisal and evaluation. I develop and provide training programs that will lead to better customer service, quality standards, good human resource management and increased efficiency of the organization. I guide employees to work under company policies and regulations. I also organize and run workshops and seminars. I am also called upon to mentor, coach and inspire individual team members within the organization.
