Israt has strong team working skill and can work independently; currently she is working in Fiber @ Home as Senior Executive, Business Development. She has been an active participant in different extracurricular activities like singing, dancing and painting. She participated twice in Common Wealth Day Celebration Program organized in Malaysia and Pakistan. Also, she had a good career as a news presenter for 2 years in Bangladesh. She participated in a Business Reality Show (FLP) in Bangladesh in which she achieved top position and was awarded with scholarship to peruse her MBA in ALTIS- Universita Cattolica in Milan, Italy.
