handling different duties & tasks at the HR department :
1-Responsible for Human Resource activities such as hires, promotions, transfers,
terminations, labor relations, benefits and employee statistics for management
reporting
2-Prepare monthly payroll .
3-Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents.
4-Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations E.g. Local
labor law that affecting Human Resources functions and ensures HR policies,
procedures are in compliance.
5-Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions.
