I am a strategic designer helping companies to develop new products, services and brand strategies through user-centred design. This means I am constantly listening and observing people in order to merge their wishes and values with design solutions and business decisions.
I currently run the Sao Paulo office of INSITUM, the leading innovation consulting firm in Latin America. I support multiple teams and projects, across different industries, for companies such as Whirlpool, Natura, Ita煤 Bank, Facebook, Google, Sony, Abbvie, Samsung, Intel etc. I am also lecturer of Design Research, Design Thinking and Service Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design.
