Ivan currently leads Watsco Ventures, the startup incubator and corporate venture capital fund of Watsco Inc., a fortune 1000 company headquartered in Coconut Grove. Prior to his current role, Ivan ran the startup accelerator program at the Venture Hive in Downtown Miami. Before moving to Miami in 2011, he co-founded and ran the first startup accelerator in Belgium.
