About
Lead responsibility for managing the Academy program in line with the EPPP.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with Technical Board and Board of Directors on all Academy matters
- Development of Academy Playing Philosophy, Coaching Syllabus and Coaching Philosophy
- Monitoring, mentoring and recruitment of staff to ensure high level delivery
- Coordination and implementation of a holistic approach to player development by working with Sport Science departments (Athletic Development, Psychology, and Performance Analysis)
