Jackson De Toni, PhD Political Science, University of Brasilia (UnB). He is Economist and have a Master Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1994) with emphasis in Transportation Planning Stated Preferences Modeling. He was a professor of economics at the University Lutheran of Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul) and the course of political science at UniDF, Brasilia. He has worked too as Planning Specialist at Department for Coordination and Planning of Rio Grande do Sul, where he was Director-General and Vice-Secretary from 1999 to 2002.
