I always take the stairs at the metro station.
I love being outside and going on adventures adventures. Biking the West Coast and hiking New Hampshire's 48 4,000-footers made up the best four months of my life.
Now I live in the flatland of Washington, DC, working for the kids at DC SCORES and helping to finance my crazy hiking adventures by dogsitting and freelance writing for the AP on the side.
Where will I be and what will I be doing in 2 years, or 5, or 10? No idea.
My beliefs aren't complicated: Treat others like I want to be treated, be open-minded and accepting of others' life styles, and don't be normal.
Two words: thrifty, sarcastic.
