A typical day: I get up at around 5am, and see if I can pen anymore of my autobiography. At about 5.10am I go for a 15 mile jog, doing circuits around Waterlow park and listening to Jeffrey Archer's fantastic audiobook "Purgatory". When I get back I feed the birds, filter the aquarium and begin work on my new novel, "Mumrah...Everliving?". At the moment, my afternoons are spent helping to build a community workshop for the youth and supervising the construction of schools in Tajikistan, via videolink.
