Previously I co-founded an independent digital agency in Tokyo in 2004, and ran it as CEO until its acquisition by Profero in 2013. I am also a mentor at 500 Startups, Silicon valley's most prolific accelerator program, supporting tech entrepreneurs build growth strategies for Japan.
