I am a lecturer in Management Communication at the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University. I received my B.A., B.Ed, and M.A from the University of Toronto. Prior to arriving at Ivey, I was the Coordinator and English Language Specialist at the Writing Support Services from 2000 to 2009 at Western.
