Grew up in Lismore. Attended NEGS Armidale and Lismore High. Moved to WA in 1978 and been here ever since. Did initiial teacher training at WACAE Churchlands in 1987 and degree at Murdoch uni. Worked as a teacher in Bunbury 1989 - 2002. Since worked in the Pilbara and Kimberley. Worked in Fiji in 2005, Maldives 2011 as a volunteer and about to go to Solon Islands as a volunteer . Have two beautiful boys aged 29 & 30.
