About
Responsible for leading department with 75 experts (.NET, Java, C, testers, admins) and 7 projects from area of Intelligent Traffic Tools. My primary goal is to manage relations with our strategic partners and customers from Germany while ensuring smooth progress on all projects and multi-site team collaboration.
Excellent results in software development can be achieved by systematic approach to work and continuous development, therefore I search for improvements both on process and personal level. I provide feedback to the teams and individuals, introduce new approached like Lean, Innovative thinking systems and User experience practices in order to satisfy customer needs.
