I've been working with music and new media for several years, and have a digital approach to everything I do. I started out as a concert promoter and went on to work as a booking agent and manager, before starting as A&R Manager at EMI Music Norway. After some successful and fun years I was asked to take on the digital challenges in EMI Norway, and since I like a challenge as good as anyone, I accepted. I'm now back in A&R!
