The strength of my professional career is in its diversity along the path of Training & Development. My diverse positions have included being a U.S. Marine, HR Director, Management Consultant, Manager of Project Services, Training Coordinator and Adjunct Professor. Within each of these roles, my Training & Development skills were tested, refined and improved via real world, high impact learning initiatives.
