Jason Francisco V. de Asis was born on June 15, 1973 in Baler, Aurora. He finished his elementary education at Ruperto Zubia Elementary School with honors, his secondary education at Mount Carmel College (MCC) and he obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce at the same college, all at Baler, Aurora. Furthermore, he obtained the degree of Master in Business Administration at Manuel L. Quezon University; and presently, he is pursuing his doctorate degree in Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. He is also the current Auditor of the Graduate Studies Supreme Student Council of NEUST.
