Teaching allows me to pass along my passion for science to the bright minds of students. I am proudly working at Magnolia Science Academy-3 in Carson. My classes are high school biology, 7th grade life science, and marine biology. My objective is to create an atmosphere that motivates scientific thinking and investigation.
Prior to teaching, I earned a bachelor of science in Biology from San Diego State University. I was interested in plants and ecology, and worked as a wildlife biologist for the Soil Ecology and Restoration Group of the San Diego State University Research Foundation on native habitat restoration projects on military bases.
