JAVIER RÚA-JOVET earned his J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, holds an LL.M from the George Washington University National Law Center and a B.A. from Boston College. After his LL.M, Rúa-Jovet clerked for then Puerto Rico Appeals Court Chief Judge Hon. Fiol Matta, now Chief Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. He has taught International Law courses at the U.P.R. School of Law.
