I have 12 years of experience in communication industry mainly in B/OSS solution architecture and contact center solution integration and development.
I spent 7 years in ADVOSS developing B/OSS solution, development and operations and playing on all roles starting from a software developer to director development and operations. I did NGOSS certification from Malaysia in 2006 and developed the order management module following eTOM and SID. We also did some development on service fulfillment application following NGOSS standards.
In addition to VoIP billing solution deployments, I lead the development and support of B/OSS complete suite for DIALLOG CDMA.
