I鈥檓 a 2013 Teach for India fellow teaching in a low income private school, Hyderabad. Prior to that I have worked as a Communicative English Faculty for 4 years and have been recognized with several initiatives during my career.
As a part of my, Be the Change Project, I piloted FIRKI, online Teacher Training portal, training and impacting 30 teachers in the community. I am one of the very few fellows who completed the pilot successfully. Time to time I took the initiative to modify the content according to the level of the teachers. I have organised discussion forums for the teachers post the pilot which is completely my idea to go about it.
