Aloha, I am a licensed civil engineer in Hawaii and a senior project manager and civil/environmental engineer in the engineering department of Belt Collins Hawaii LLC. I am the former manager of Oceanit's Environmental Engineering and Planning Group. I started my career as an environmental engineer in 1993 with GMP Associates, where I focused on wastewater, solids handling, and water treatment. My projects included work for the City and County of Honolulu, NAVFACENGCOM, USACE, and private clients. I then moved to Belt Collins Hawaii as a senior civil engineer, working on road, drainage, and dredging projects for private clients and the Whole Barracks Renewal at Wheeler Army Airfield for USAC
