Nate and I got married in 1980, we have 4 kids: Luke (25), Michelle (23), Jesse (17), and Jonah (13). We have lived in Placerville, CA for about 23 years. I am blessed with a very choice job that I love-teaching for a college-prep high school. The kids (and staff) I work with are wonderful. We live in Apple Hill in an old house that used to be part of the winery next door. The house itself I believe is cursed (just kidding-kind of) but the setting is BEAUTIFUL and the house always is full of people (marauding teenagers). Life is sometimes very difficult, sometimes very sweet, and usually not at all what I expected.
