I work on the internal side of Capabilities, but I do not lose that our main mission is to help people with disabilities. I am in a support position to help our career consultants better serve people with disabilities. I work mainly on the computer systems here, but that is not a lot of what I do. I also design our marketing materials. I also designed our paperless process, which includes designed templates, a filing system, and training the users.
