About
As a Consultant in Organization and Management, I help clients transform their organization and redesign their working methods. I combine business consulting skills (business case analysis, impact analysis, requirement analysis, process modeling), project management skills (change management, communication, trainings) and data analysis skills (questionnaire design, linear regressions, social network analysis, structural equation modeling).
I have worked for customers in various industries such as Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, I.T. and Auditing.
Besides, I teach Community Engagement techniques to Business school students and Professionnals.
