I believe if we understand what drives people and the psychology behind teams, tribalism and dynamics it would be beneficial for everybody in an organization. I specialize in team development, teambuilding, company culture and the human element in leadership. Being an MBA i know a company can´t run on charity, so striving for the best resources is crucial - The best resources being the right people.
