Work directly with our Vendor Manager and Group Managers at Verizon Telecom to ensure high
productivity from our outbound sales department by managing sales managers and team leads.
Complete and distribute, Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports as well as campaign specific
information including any successes or challenges for the week or month. This also includes
S.P.H. Reports at the rep level as well as the campaign level, Daily Run-Rate Reports, CPS (Cost
per Sale) Reports on specific products as well as monthly Performance Review Presentations on
all current campaigns, including High Speed Internet (DSL), Unlimited Calling and Long
Distance Packages, Toll-Free and International Plans. Create daily sales contests to increase unit
sales or to focus on specific, purchase and track all incentives used .Submit Incentive invoicing
for payment. Inform and train all Sales Managers and Team Leads of any new products or
changes in pricing on current products. Developed sales rep training program, put together all
training materials needed. Train and track CPNI compliance training and file signed forms with
my compliance files. Follow up with HR to make sure all reps have completed Background and
Drug Testing, Confirm results are in the employee’s file. Review of Verizon Telecom contracts,
Contract Compliance and Yearly Audit Information and procedures. Review quarterly campaign
goals with Sales Managers and Regional Managers; work with the sales managers to come up

Coaching, Monitoring and working with new reps, in order to get their sales up and keep attrition
