Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Chief of Party and within the limits of delegated authority, my duties include: RECRUITMENT, PLACEMENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT - Administering vacant positions and managing the recruitment and selection processes in adherence to recruitment policies and procedures; - Preparing vacancy announcements, reviewing applications and providing short-lists to hiring managers; - Arranging and conducting interviews for selection of candidates, and reviewing recommendations on the selection of candidates.
