Fortunately, I found the profession I was meant to be a part of, that I enjoy, and have been reasonably successful in. With some mistakes along the way; I have surrounded myself with an incredible group of support staff here at Sunnyview. They make me look great everyday! From their input and feedback, I believe I am developing into a reasonable manager of HR situations as well.
