- Experience with a wide variety of contact centre and telephony platforms (IPT, TDM. ACD, Multimedia routing, CTI, Outbound, WFM/WFO, Self Service, enterprise vs. hosted).
- Broad knowledge of products and vendors (e.g. Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Nuance, Cosmocom, Aspect, Altitude, Eckoh, Nice, Verint, Dacon, Datapulse etc.)
