As CEO I provide overall leadership of the company by chairing the Group management team. I also work together with this management team to develop a multi-year strategic plan that moves the company toward the vision. In addition my tasks are to maintain contacts with key stakeholders looking for opportunities to expand business and guard the progress of strategic plans.
