Jeremy Shoenig, grew up in Kansas City. Attended the University of Kansas (home of the 2008 Basketball National Champions!), graduated in 1994. Re-located to New York City in 1995 to work in the internet consulting business. In 2001, he re-located to California and began a career in real estate. Since then he's been a private real estate investor, a real estate manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. where he was responsible for over 20+ new Wal-Mart developments, a project manager for DeNova Homes, a Pleasant Hill home builder, and most recently a real estate agent with Intero Real Estate and a Short Sale Negotiator with Short Sale Solutions Group, specializing in Short Sale Listings and Negoatio
