My personal interest is on the computer architecture for high performance computing. So far, I published papers on special-purpose computer systems for multi-layer perceptron (MLP) with Hebbian learning, Izhikevich spiking neural network model with STDP learning, backproparation learning, and deep belief networks. I am also interested in other high performance computing (HPC) application, such as FFT, linear algebra, n-body, and object recognition. Currently, I am developing an FPGA system computing SURF image recognition algorithm.
