Jesse graduated with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in the spring of 2012. Since then, he has been immersed in a number of clinical settings ranging from facilitating depression and anxiety workshops to individual counseling, to couple鈥檚 counseling. Jesse鈥檚 therapeutic background could be best described as eclectic - incorporating aspects of mindfulness, cognitive therapy and elements of narrative therapy. Above all, he believes in meeting the client where they are at and with a therapeutic approach that resonates with them.
