At Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM), I have taken a variety of courses in art making, methods, and classroom management. In my academic career, I tried to not only better my abilities as an artist, but also develop the communication and leadership skills required of a successful teacher. I spent many extra hours at the school whether I was in the dark room working late on my photography or in the ceramics room finishing up an assignment.
