and manage the community connections program. Challenged to increase sales of customized training and
continuing education classes in a department that struggled to turn a profit. Tasked to work closely with
employers to understand company needs, promote job openings and match FHTC students with
area/regional companies. Maintain career services website and job announcements.
 Generated groundbreaking profit for the department by doubling the number of customized
training and continuing education classes and tripled the number of people served.
 Conducted and organized various workshops through the local chamber of commerce and
partnered with community partners to analyze and expand client base and needs, offset costs and
realized grant opportunities.
 Plan, promote, organize and coordinate the semi-annual FHTC career fair with 50+ employers on
