A friend of mine,Jess, had a sudden significant breakdown leading to anxiety and depression, from which he is recovering 2 years later. He has been journalling his experiences in song-writing, music and writing, and working as a catalyst with other genres of artist to do the same, raising awareness and openness about mental wellbeing/Recovery issues.
He has compiled a bank of resources, including clips of carefully structured interviews with people who have suffered or are suffering from these issues, which can be threaded between music, poetry and visual arts.
