Jennifer Ferguson is a 15 year veteran of the restaurant industry. She joined C3 in 1998 and founded their Insights and Research department, becoming one of the first researcher鈥檚 specializing in the kid and family market in the country. She is a RIVA trained moderator and will receive her prestigious Master Moderator certificate in 2009. In addition, she has received advanced training in qualitative research with children. She has conducted over 400+ focus groups with moms and kids and is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events.
