Jim Fraser has been a trainer much of his adult life. He became involved with using creative, adult, experience-based learning techniques while studying under Dr. Malcolm Knowles; acknowledged as the father of the adult learning movement in the U. S.. Jim was awarded a BA and MS in Criminal Justice. His practicum was "The Use of Adult Learning in Law Enforcement Training." Jim retired as a Colonel, US Army after heading the Army office that was the proponent for antiterrorism (AT) training world-wide.
