Full Name: John Gualbert Del Mundo. Anyayahan was born in Silang, Cavite, Philippines on July 12, 1993, to father Ederlindo Anyayahan, a retired PNP (Philippines National Police) and businessman who used to run a piggery in their land at Litlit, Silang, Cavite, Philippines. and mother Ofelia Anyayahan a Civilian Employee Philippine Navy. at Fort Bonifacio. Jay Gee is the second of two children with sibling Mary Joy Anyayahan.
