By the moment I'm intern on Gerdau Group, the largest producer of long steel in the Americas. Making use of Lean techniques and quality control tools to implement production's and ergonomic's improvements to the factory line (Hot-dip galvanizing process and barbed-wire production). During the second semester of 2015, I've volunteered at "Projeto Pescar" (http://site.projetopescar.org.br), who promoted the oportunity of helping socialy vulnerable teenagers to improve their social and professional skills. That project is maintained by Gerdau, AIESEC and other partners.
