James Hamilton has been in the auto industry for over 21 years which began like most car guys as a lot attendant and then moving immediately to the sales floor. My first auto sales job was a great experience in that I got the opportunity to work and learn from some of the area's best car guys that are now owners of successful large franchise and small independent dealerships.
