Joaqu铆n has more than 17 years of campaign, organizing, fundraising, and political experience at the national, state, and local levels. He is the former Political Director of the Texas Organizing Project. Some past ventures include directing digital strategies for Gov. Bill Richardson鈥檚 gubernatorial and presidential bids and managing digital campaigns for Service Employees International Union (SEIU). He led SEIU鈥檚 online campaigns for immigration reform and helped develop the online campaign model for stopping the deportations of DREAM Act-eligible students.
