I began my career on a corporate (and very much traditional) HR team and although I was grateful for the learning opportunity, I learned very quickly what I don't like about the HR industry and my profession. Since then, I've been privileged to work for some cool tech companies and continually be given the opportunity to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
